About the Role

Santos is seeking a Training Administrator based in Iagifu Ridge. This role is to provide support to the activities of the Production Training Department. It will be your remit to ensure the smooth operation of the Production Training Department by being responsible for office administration, logistics support and training records administration of the training department. This position will also be responsible for effective delivery of the Santos PNG HSES Induction.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Administers the learning management system (Success Factors) for users and trainees under Training Department scope. Including user management, class management, training records.
• Arrangement and booking of training, resources, such as venues, training aids & ICT equipment.
  Preparation of training and assessment material for scheduled training events.
• Delivery of the Santos PNG HSES Induction
• Makes travel and accommodation arrangements for all travel within the scope of the Training Department including Trainers, Apprentices, Vendors and Contractors.
• Enters data into SAP primarily for purchase requisition purposes, and other assigned SAP roles.
• General office administration support for the training department including replenishment of department consumables.

This is a rotational role 28days on / 28days off, based at the Iagifu Ridge, Kutubu, Southern Highlands Province.

About You
To be successful for this role, we are seeking professionals with the following:

• Previous experience in an office administration or coordinator role. Also considered are project administrators, HR administrators, educational/training institute administrator or similar.
• Proficient MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Takes ownership of assignments from start to finish, reports progress and challenges.
• Strong time management and administration ability
• Experience dealing with Senior Management personnel.
• Proficient with working with ERP software or data entry with online forms (such as SAP/ Success Factors)

Ideally, you hold have completed Grade 12 or Diploma or further studies in Business Administration or similar highly regarded.
