About the Role

Are you passionate about talent acquisition and creating exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions based in our Global Adelaide CBD Head Office. 

This position will be offered as a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract. 

Your primary objective will be to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with Leaders and People Business Partners to ensure seamless staffing solutions. You’ll be instrumental in sourcing top-tier candidates efficiently, enhancing our employer brand, and optimizing our recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Delivering end to end recruitment services for multi-location white collar corporate, technical and blue-collar workforce
  • Developing trusted working relationships with line management across varied business units in multiple locations
  • Working closely with our onsite Managed Service Provider (MSP) on go-to-market / sourcing strategies
  • Applying behavioural based recruitment and selection processes to ensure best candidates are selected from experience, skills, organisational cultural fit perspectives
  • Adhere to best practice processes through entire recruitment life cycle (including salary negotiation and offer)
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality requirements are met at all times
  • Maintaining consistent accurate system data integrity         

About You

We are seeking a seasoned Talent professional with hands-on experience ideally with in-house who is adept at every stage of the recruitment journey—from candidate shortlisting and conducting interviews to proposing formal offers. You’ll excel in coordinating the entire recruitment process, with a special focus on show casing the value the Talent Acquisition team bring to the recruitment process, building trusted relationships with hiring leaders and ensuring seamless candidate onboarding. Experience with candidate tracking systems and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences are essential for success in this role.
