Grand Columbia Ltd is seeking to engage a detail-oriented, design-focused Registered Architect and Senior Architectural draftsman to join our team.

Registered Architect

The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out Design Proposals, Specifications and preparing Budgets, Well-versed on AS/NZ Standards as well as Local PNG Authority Requirements and connections.

Architectural Draftsman

The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out Schematic Designs, Detailed Documentation, 3D Modelling and maintains knowledge of Building Codes.

The above are ideally Revit Acquainted positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Registered Architect

  • Design & Documentation
  • Construction Detailing
  • Project Management

Architectural Draftsman

  • 3D Modelling
  • Design & Documentation
  • Construction Detailing

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Experience – 5 Years Minimum.
  • Registered Architect – Degree in Architecture
  • Architectural Draftsman – Graduate Architect/ Diploma in Architectural Drafting
  • Candidate must live within Port Moresby ( City Limits)
  • Must have good communication skills (English)
  • Must be able to start and complete large technical projects within time frames.

SOFTWARE

  • Knowledge of Revit and Autocad
  • Experience in 3D Modelling Software
  • MS Project efficient

REMUNERATION

To be discussed, commensurate with experience.
