Coordinate the movement of materials through the various departments in an organization. Mostly maintaining schedules regarding production, workers, progress and deadlines. Keeping track of inventory, tracking on all Exxon Mobil PNG and Santos PNG' s orders and inspecting quality is a large part of their job.

Expeditor - Materials & General Goods . Fleet Coordination & Monitoring . Over seeing site's internal & external month end stock review  . Attending regular meeting with site  mangers (Site urgent orders,  requirements, planning and etc.)  . Over seeing supply chain transfers  . Dealing with major supplier through  contract price review and updating any price changes . Receiving Requisition from site Managers  . Finalizing cost with various quote, once satisfied, request logistics Manger for approval of raising  PO . Conducting receiving of good, cross checking with purchase order . Running goods and materials manifest for each sites. . Monitoring Store team of compiling and loading of dry, freezer and the chiller units for each sites . Over see all fully received and open purchase orders . Conducting warehouse weekly and monthly stock counts . Holding stuff meetings (internal) , includes site shutdown plans, site relocation, site mobilization and demobilization. . Coordinating  container movements    - Raising of transporter cartage request    - liaising of pickup date and times  . Barge movement   - Coordinating with TOTAL EP Barge coordinator  - Raising Barge Request per schedules  . Airfreight coordinating    - Coordinating with Air company (Helifix and Hevilift)  - Raising AWB for goods that are urgent thru Airline's schedules. Other duties: . Assisting logistics manager or supervisor in any other general duties  . Raising site Req via it's specific site coding or WBS.   . Maintaining month food runs for Kerema General Hospital
