Started working for the Santos Maintenance Shared Service as Leading hand after leaving Santos for the last 9 months working for the Barrick Gold Corporations. Continue from where I left and taking the responsibilities back and conducting the scaffolding activities for the maintenance team and leading the scaffolding team carry out scaffolding activities in the operation sites Hides, Moro aviation and camp facilities, Agogo Facility and Moran Fields, Ridge camp, Industrial Park and Refinery areas, Central processing facilities (CPF) and Well heads, Gobe operations, Kopi operations and Kumul Marine Terminal plate form. • Daily coordinating of scaffolding activities for all project sites • Planning and scoping of scaffolding activities • Time write and time confirmation on SAP computer system • Work request and work order • Preparing JHA, Step Back 5 x 5 • Preparing work permit, risk assessment • Timesheets for scaffolding and shared services contractors • Conducting pre-start meetings and afternoon debrief meetings • Attending supervisors meeting • Preparing scaffolding roster and arranging travel • Other work related activities

Oct 2022 – Jul 2023 (10 months) Worked for Porgera Gold Mining from the 27th of October 2022 to 05th July 2023 contracted by Brunel International South East Asia as a Scaffolding Supervisor attached to the Fixed Plant Maintenance. The roles and responsibility I had undertaken was to ensure everybody work safe and going home safe after the end of the shift. Refer below are some of the activities that I took responsible of to ensure scaffolding operations within the Porgera Mining are well manage within the standard; • Coordinating daily scaffolding activities • Conducting pre-start meetings • Preparing job safety analysis (JHA) • Daily manning’s and allocating tasks • Scoping and planning scaffolding activities within the operation • Daily update and review scaffolding work orders and work request • Update backlogs and forward logs • Create work requests and convert to work orders • Attend to break in and priority tasks • Attending supervisor’s meetings and planning meetings for scaffolding updates • Daily timesheets for the scaffolding crew • Other activities that are not mentioned as well

Dec 2021 – Nov 2022 (1 yr) Working with the Santos Maintenance Shared Service since the transition period of Oil Search migrate to Santos to date and transfer to Barrick Gold Limited at Porgera Gold Mining. Aug 2021 – Jan 2022 (6 mos) Working for the Oil Search Campaign Maintenance shared Service for the period of 6 months before the transition period for the Oil Search migrating to Santos. I was the only Leading Hand Scaffolder starting the scaffolding activities within the Campaign Maintenance and was the one who have the local knowledge and well spent over 10 years with the Monadelphous in the Oil Search Project sites starting from the Hides, Kutubu, Gobe, Kikori and Kumul Marine Terminal. Mar 2021 – Aug 2021 (6 mos) Working for the Wood projects for the period of 6 months and left due to vaccination rolling out program. During that period of time I also engaged in coordinating the scaffolding activities in LNGP Plant site in Port Moresby, National Capital District. Daily activities; • Daily coordination of scaffolding activities as usual • Preparing JHA, Permit and work related documents through the permit version program • Preparing risk assessment, confined space entry documents, high risk work documents • Scoping, walk through and material preparation and management • Work requests and work orders • Preparing work roster and arrange travels • Coordination of scaffolding activities during the turbine engine change out • Other scaffolding and work related tasks

Mar 2011 – Mar 2021 (10 yrs 1 mo) Well spent over 10 years with the Monadelphous PNG Limited since 2011 to 2021. Scaffolder for 4 years and promoted to Leading Hand role for 6 years until my exit. This is the company that I have gained many experiences and built myself up to where I am now. Experiences in Oil and Gas industries was started here and I have to give credit to Monadelphous and Oil Search to brought me this far. I have covered all the Oil Search project sites starting from the Hides Facility, Kutubu Facilities APF and CPF, Gobe Facilities and Kumul Marine Terminal Plate Forms. Below is the list of activities during my time with the Monadelphous; • Drop Scaffold (Hanging Scaffold) • Cantilevered Scaffold (Suspended Scaffold) • Doing the Modular scaffold (Quick stage scaffold) • Mobile scaffold • Tube and coupler scaffold (Tube clip scaffold) • Leading of scaffolding work crew • Scoping and material preparation and management • Preparing JHA and permit for daily assign tasks • Traveling to remote places within the Oil and gas sites for executing tasks • Preparing work updates in different sites and liaise with the Crane and scaffolding supervisor • Attend to breakdown, shutdown and priority task • Other scaffolding work related tasks assigned
