In this role, I provide strategic direction in Human Resource Management and Business Development Capacity for new business for the business. I develop policies and procedures for the business and our clients when it comes to Human Resource Management.

I manage the Waste Management team at site out at the LNGP Plant Site, ExxonMobil, Papa Lelea, Central Province. I provide project human resource management at site to the team and provide guidance and safety on job for all Engineers and Operational staff. I also provide mandatory weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with contractual obligations.
